Service Procedure

1. Contact Us via Phone or Online

Clients can reach us at our general inquiry line, fill out our online inquiry form, or email us for a free quote, appointment to view current consturction sites, or answers to general questions.

 

2. Free Estimate at Your Home

 Your designated project manager will come to your home and give you an estimate for free. He/she will also analyze your space and needs to give you professional advice on construction.

 

3.Confirm Blueprint and Budget and Contract Signed

After blueprint and budget is finalized, a standard contract will be entered into between the client and A.P.E.S Contracting. Deadline and all materials used can be specificed by clients, and payments are due along with the advancement in construction progress. Clients are welcomed to show our home designers pictures of their dream home, which our home designers will accommodate the best of their abilities.

 

4. Consturction

Project manager who is designated for your project is here to guide you along the way. He/she will assemble the most suitable team of licensed technicians for your project. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach your project manager anytime.

5.Site Inspection

Your project manager is responsible for checking the quality of the construction team's work. Quality check department will also send personnels for pop-up checks to ensure the best quality in all of our work. Customer service representatives will follow up with you to make sure you are aware and satisfied of the progress of your project.

6.Project Complete; Warranty Card Issued

At the end of the project, your project manager will walk with the clients through the project. Once everything is confirmed, clients will sign and pay outstanding balances. A.P.E.S Contracting will also issue a warranty card that guarantees free repairs between 1 - 10 years depending on the nature of the project.
